❓ How do you charge for your services?

✅ We offer two pricing options:

  1. A percentage of the agent’s commission (15-35%) OR
  2. A flat fee based on difficulty (We will let you know what category your deal falls in after a careful review):
    • Easy Fix: $1,500
    • Medium Fix: $3,500
    • Hard Fix: $7,500+
      (Whichever is greater applies.)
❓ Do you only get paid if the deal closes?

✅ Yes! In most cases, our fees are paid at closing, so there’s no upfront cost.

❓ What if the seller can't or doesn't want to resolve the issue?

✅ If a seller can’t or doesn’t want to resolve the issue, we offer an Investor Buyout Option where we purchase the property subject to the title issue and resolve it ourselves.

❓ How does the investor buyout option work?

✅ If a seller wants to walk away from a property with title problems, we can purchase the property as-is, resolve the title issues post-closing, and re-list it.

❓ Do realtors still get paid if you buy the property?

✅ Yes! If an agent represents the seller, they are compensated through a referral agreement and paid at a subsequent closing after we clear the title and resell the property.

❓ Can title companies refer clients to you?

✅ Yes! We work with title companies and escrow officers who need help clearing difficult title issues before closing.
